Is Zabble free?+
Yes, families can use Zabble for free. Paid plans add extra features for families, tutors and schools — see Pricing.
How do I sign in?+
Enter your email and we'll send you a sign-in link. There's no password.
Can my child have their own login?+
Yes. Invite them as a Learner using their own email address.
Privacy & safety
Who can see my child's information?+
Only people you invite into your family's circle. Tutors and teachers see only the children they work with.
Do you show photos of children?+
No. Inside the app children are shown by their initials.
Can I delete everything?+
Yes. In Settings you can download all your data or delete your account at any time.
AI summaries
Who writes the summaries?+
An educator writes notes, AI drafts a summary, and the educator approves it before it's shared.
How do I know what's AI-written?+
Every AI-drafted summary carries an 'AI' label.
Tutors & schools
Can I use Zabble with several families?+
Yes. Tutors can be invited into as many families as they work with.
Do you offer school plans?+
Yes, schools get a quote based on size. Get in touch through the Pricing page.
